They are very nice and respond super fast if there are any issues with your order! 🙂 I recieved a tongue ring that was a little long.
So I reached out to them at their email and asked if I could get a refund or exchange. I got a response super fast. They asked for an image of the tongue ring.
After I sent the pics of tongue ring next to tape measure, I immediately got a response from them saying they would send out the 1/2"in ring the following day. I asked if they would like me to return the one I recieved and they told me I didnt need bother to send it back. So thank you for being fast, considerate and accommodating!
I'll be buying from them more in the future!

First time I had something done besides my ears. Had my nose pierced! Dani was fantastic it didn’t hurt at all she even helped me get the size nose stud. This 75 year old lady is very happy!!

Jenna was AMAZING!! Seriously, such a great experience from start to finish. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything, and was so confident and professional that I knew I was in good hands the whole time. The piercing itself was quick and smooth, and I’m obsessed with how it turned out.

And her vibe?? 10/10. She’s so chill, charismatic, and just genuinely makes the whole experience feel easy instead of nerve-wracking. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and actually cares about making sure you’re comfortable and happy with your piercing.

Jenna pierced my flat. I am thrilled with it. My sister and I went in and were so pleased to be treated so professionally and made to feel so comfortable because she chatted with us and was super nice. I have had other piercings done at Elite and really think it’s the nicest place around!

The shop was clean, comfortable, and had really good vibes. They had a lot of options for jewelry too! I’m so happy with how my piercings turned out. I will definitely be back for more
